SMART

S-specific
M-measurable
A-ttainable
R-ralistic
T-timely

specific a specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished then a general goal
the w questions are who what where when which why.

measurable measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set you stay of track, reach you target how much have you done have you done it how will you know its accomplished. write down what you have to do make a tick list.

attainable is the gaol attainable not out of the react. the goals you set.
goals that may have seem far away and out of reach eventually more closer and become attainable.

realistic are the goal you have set for your self are they realistic, the objective towards which you are able to work a gaol can be high and realistic you are the person who can decide just how high you are going to set.

timely give your self the right time, not to long not to short that gives you motivation to reach the deadline you have set your self to do the work. because you have the set time so next time you may havea shorter deadline so you have practiced with time you are able to work in the shorter deadline.

body language

when you have a interview you must have positive body language. Why, it come across positive shows you want to be there, that you are paying attention to the client and your body language same time.

if you haven't got positive body language you can practise in front of the mirror. what things can you practise on you can start with the face, the face is the first thing that everybody notices. it communicates to the world.
so what should it be like your face should be relaxed and clearly controlled.

next from the face is eyes as in eye contact it is very important that when talking to some one the you keep eye contact and that you are listening well what does eye contact do, eye contact sends the message that what is being communicated to you is worth your attention or there works both ways

Also what will help a little is a smile it show that you really care about your work.

to the face down to your body how you move make sure that you are in control of how you stand where your hands and hands are, so if you have your arms crossed you are being defensive if they are open to the side or on the hips you are being serious and attentive. even chatting with your hand is good. stand up right and straight.

negative body language is very noticeable if you face is frowning or tight or maybe you have a wrinkle between your brows or even if you brows is raised in annoyance or disbelief they clearly states that you are not interested.

eyes contact is constant motion when speaking to others its one thing to look around the room but its another thing not to look at the client and look at the other people around the room when talking about something important. it shows that your self confidence is low.

if your not smile they mite think that you dont like it pegged as a fake.

negative body language isn't anticipated, it lacks control and is rushed you may fig git next thing the clients will leave to keep from feeling like they aren't important and that they are wasting your time.

at the start of a interview you may have nerves that's OK as long as you get start to calm after a few minutes and start to make positive body language

leading questions

Leading questions
What are leading questions?
They are simple questions that tell the person a little about you are your interest they could be random like “if you were in a zoo what animal would you be”.
So if you were in a job interview the guy/women would ask you a leading question instead of a direct question about you or the job itself, so like for an example a job interview about being a race car driver. I would think a leading question for that would be say, what was your first ever car, do you like fixing cars and how fast have you ever gone in a car.
The question tells them about you throw the topic of the job itself.

Three leading questions
What was your first ever cars.

Do you like fixing cars.

How fast have you ever gone in a cars.
The question tells them about you throw the topic of the job itself.

  1. Tell me about your college years and what you got out of them?
  2. Why do you keep returning to the restaurant you like the best
  3. What two cars you've owned have been the biggest headaches?
  4. If you could do one nice thing for 20 strangers, what would it be?
  5. What's your philosophy of life and how does it differ from most others.
  6. What three characteristics do you look for in a friend...and why?
  7. What could be done to improve service at your bank?
  8. How did your two favorite teachers or professors help you most?
  9. Why do you eat out as often or as little as you do?
  10. If you had to be an animal in the zoo, which would it be and why?
My questions?

Tell me about your art years so far and what you got out of them?
I found my passion in digital art and also I have got me to university
Why do you keep returning to the restaurant you like the best?
They are the only place that has my favourite sandwich and its close to where I work.
What two pieces of work  you've made that have been the biggest headaches?
My udk works gave me the biggest headache
If you could do one nice thing for 20 strangers, what would it be?
Make a awesome video game for the.
What's your philosophy of life and how does it differ from most others?
Do the best in life just like every one ells.
What concept  character would you be ...and why?
The main character concept because the the main ones and the best.

my swot

 Bad SWOT

I've seen several pitfalls that can lead to an ineffective SWOT analysis. Any one of these, if bad enough, can render the exercise ineffective, and might do more harm than good.
  • Weak team feeling: If the planning group doesn't work well together, the effort to list strengths and weaknesses can lead to finger-pointing and defensiveness. If you're familiar with The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, any of the five dysfunctions can undermine a SWOT analysis: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, or inattention to results. Or it could go the other way, and you get satisficing effects, in which people offer easy responses or "expected” responses, instead of considered responses.
  •  Lack of focus: If the exercise doesn't focus on anything in particular, answers can wander all over the place, because nobody will be clear on what the exercise is supposed to achieve. People start arguing over what to include or exclude because there's no common agreement on the scope or focus of the exercise.
  • Quantity over quality: The group gets lost in the weeds trying to think of every possibility, leaving you with huge, unfocused SWOT lists that deliver no clear message. Even worse, everyone derives a different message, as they pick and choose their favorite points and ignore the rest.
  • Lack of verification: Often enough, the resulting lists include assertions that need verification. Off-the-cuff assertions from a SWOT analysis could lead you down some bad paths if the assertions aren't actually correct.
  • Lack of action: If you declare victory just for making the SWOT lists, you haven't accomplished much. You've missed a key goal of the process, which is to incite action. Nebulous actions like "Increase cooperation between departments” or "Improve our marketing” don't count, because you could have guessed them without a SWOT analysis, and you haven't given yourself a way to know when you've completed them successfully.

Good SWOT

When I've seen a SWOT analysis work well, it's the opposite of the above factors:

  • Good teamwork: Your planning group works together well enough to have an honest, non-hostile discussion about strengths and weaknesses. The discussion could still get passionate, but it shouldn't become hostile or leave scars. If your team's not ready for a frank, constructive discussion of organizational strengths and weaknesses, you can eliminate the strengths and weaknesses part altogether, or you can limit it to hard facts, like money in the bank, head count, and supplies, while leaving out the more difficult areas like internal friction, behaviors and attitudes, and soft skills.
  • Defined focus and scope: Pick something in particular as a focus for your SWOT analysis. Maybe you've got a strong need to reduce overhead by 15% within two years. Your SWOT analysis could focus on that. What are your internal strengths and weaknesses that help or hinder overhead reduction? What external opportunities and threats could make overhead easier or harder to reduce? Maybe you've got a less concrete organizational goal, like improving your reputation with customers, but you can still focus a SWOT discussion on that, and wind up with concrete actions for making improvements.
  • Quality over quantity: Reduce each SWOT list to about 3-5 compelling items that fit your chosen focus and scope. Make sure they're items that prompt actions. Focusing on the critical few serves two purposes. First, having to choose makes the group think harder about what really matters. Second, you'll have an easier time generating actions if you've identified what matters most.
  • Verification: In preparing for a SWOT discussion, arm yourself with relevant facts in case they'll be needed. At the end of the SWOT discussion, task someone with verifying any list items that are in question. Once someone has done the homework, eliminate or modify items as needed.
  • Concrete action: Your SWOT analysis isn't done until you've generated actions in response to your lists. What can you do to apply your best strengths to your best opportunities? What can you do to mitigate the biggest weaknesses and threats? Make the actions concrete using SMART criteria: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.

Description: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/0b/SWOT_en.svg/220px-SWOT_en.svg.png
1.     Strengths- Strengths are the qualities that enable us to accomplish the organization’s mission. These are the basis on which continued success can be made and continued/sustained. Strengths can be either tangible or intangible. These are what you are well-versed in or what you have expertise in, the traits and qualities your employees possess (individually and as a team) and the distinct features that give your organization its consistency. Strengths are the beneficial aspects of the organization or the capabilities of an organization, which includes human competencies, process capabilities, financial resources, products and services, customer goodwill and brand loyalty. Examples of organizational strengths are huge financial resources, broad product line, no debt, committed employees, etc.
2.     Weaknesses- Weaknesses are the qualities that prevent us from accomplishing our mission and achieving our full potential. These weaknesses deteriorate influences on the organizational success and growth. Weaknesses are the factors which do not meet the standards we feel they should meet. Weaknesses in an organization may be depreciating machinery, insufficient research and development facilities, narrow product range, poor decision-making, etc. Weaknesses are controllable. They must be minimized and eliminated. For instance - to overcome obsolete machinery, new machinery can be purchased. Other examples of organizational weaknesses are huge debts, high employee turnover, complex decision making process, narrow product range, large wastage of raw materials, etc.
3.     Opportunities- Opportunities are presented by the environment within which our organization operates. These arise when an organization can take benefit of conditions in its environment to plan and execute strategies that enable it to become more profitable. Organizations can gain competitive advantage by making use of opportunities. Organization should be careful and recognize the opportunities and grasp them whenever they arise. Selecting the targets that will best serve the clients while getting desired results is a difficult task. Opportunities may arise from market, competition, industry/government and technology. Increasing demand for telecommunications accompanied by deregulation is a great opportunity for new firms to enter telecom sector and compete with existing firms for revenue.
4.     Threats- Threats arise when conditions in external environment jeopardize the reliability and profitability of the organization’s business. They compound the vulnerability when they relate to the weaknesses. Threats are uncontrollable. When a threat comes, the stability and survival can be at stake. Examples of threats are - unrest among employees; ever changing technology; increasing competition leading to excess capacity, price wars and reducing industry profits; etc.

            Business SWOT Analysis

What makes SWOT particularly powerful is that, with a little thought, it can help you uncover opportunities that you are well placed to exploit. And by understanding the weaknesses of your business, you can manage and eliminate threats that would otherwise catch you unawares.
More than this, by looking at yourself and your competitors using the SWOT framework, you can start to craft a strategy that helps you distinguish yourself from your competitors, so that you can compete successfully in your market.
How to Use SWOT Analysis
Originated by Albert S Humphrey in the 1960s, SWOT Analysis is as useful now as it was then. You can use it in two ways - as a simple icebreaker helping people get together to "kick off" strategy formulation, or in a more sophisticated way as a serious strategy tool.

My swot analysis

Strengths:  hard working, passionate works well in teams, personality I come up with good ideas, listen to what people have to say work together organized, good drawer; know how to use Photoshop z brush

Threats:  Dyslexia, lack of confidence shy, nerves

Weaknesses: Dyslexia, lack of confidence shy, nerves

Opportunities: learning z brush Photoshop concept art game theory

Time: I work well in time and if I run out of time during class i will carry on after work
Once you have planned your project, turn your attention to developing several goals that will enable you to be successful. Goals should be SMART - specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic and time-based.
A goal might be to hold a weekly project meeting with the key members of your team or to organise and run a continuous test programme throughout the project.
The acronym SMART has a number of slightly different variations, which can be used to provide a more comprehensive definition for goal setting:
S - specific, significant, stretching
M - measurable, meaningful, motivational
A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented
R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented
T - time-based, timely, tangible, trackable
This provides a broader definition that will help you to be successful in both your business and personal life.
When you next run a project take a moment to consider whether your goals are SMART goals.
To quote renowned American philanthropist Elbert Hubbard:
"Many people fail in life, not for lack of ability or brains or even courage, but simply because they have never organised their energies around a goal."
Smart targets
Got dyslexia my smart target will read a lot more take remember test/games
Im not brilliant on z brush target work on it a lot more watch videos tutorials

2D art is what im mainly inspired   about also 3d work also for creating concept ideas.

Visual Effects Artist
Another specialist area is special effects. This artist defines, creates and refines all special visual effects for the game. Strong skills in texture creation, coupled with an acute understanding of particle systems and geometry effects are key. Visual Effects Artists often have a good understanding of the technical restrictions of the target platform and will always work very closely with a programmer to create the effects.

Having a good level of target hardware knowledge really helps this role, as finding creative ways to produce striking and efficient visual effects separates the best from the rest. Additionally, the ability to technically deconstruct visual effects from other products helps to keep the team and company at the cutting edge as far as visual acuity is concerned.

CV

What to  include  in a cv :

There is no set format. How you present your CV is up to you. However, you should include at least the following:
·         your name
·         your address
·         your phone number
·         your email address (if you have one)
·         your career history
Put your most recent job first and include dates. Employers will be more interested in what you have done recently. Don’t leave gaps between dates, because employers will want to know what you did during those periods.
If you don’t have much work experience, you could include temporary, holiday, part-time or voluntary jobs too. If you’ve had many different jobs, emphasise the skills and experience you have across those jobs (for example, dealing with customers or communication skills).

A personal profile
This is a short statement at the beginning of your CV to sell yourself, to show your skills, experience and personal qualities. You could include positive words such as ‘competent’, ‘adaptable’, and ‘conscientious’.
Tailor the statement to the requirements of each job that you apply for. Make it clear to the employer that you’re the right person for the job.

Achievements
Mention things you did well in your past jobs which could be relevant to the job you’re applying for.

Qualifications and training
Include any qualifications and training from previous jobs (for example, training in health and safety or a certificate in food hygiene). Put the most recent first, and include qualifications you got from school or college.

Interests
These can support your application if your hobbies and leisure activities highlight responsibilities and skills that are relevant to the job you’re applying for. Perhaps you belong to a club or society which you organise activities for, or you use leadership skills or teamwork as part of the activity.

Other information
It is up to you whether to include this, but it can be helpful if there are gaps in your CV. If you had a career break because you were caring for children or elderly relatives, make this a positive thing. Think about the skills you used doing this. If the job you're applying for is different from what you've done in the past, explain why you're interested in the new type of work.

References
It’s good to have two or more people who can provide a work or personal reference. Ideally, one should be your most recent employer. If you haven’t worked for a while it could be someone who has known you for a long time. It should be someone who can comment on your qualities in relation to the job. You should ask the person to agree to this beforehand.
Ask a friend or relative to read through your CV to make sure it's accurate and shows your skills in a positive way.

Examples of good and bad cv’s from a website

Good CV:

Name large stand out

Put your address neat.

Put your email address really impotent because main way they will contact you. Also put your mobile next to the emai.

Personal statement put it at the top keep it short.

Education put your main educations down and where did you take them,   don’t really need to put your primary school
Then maybe put your careers after woods

List of A levels GCSEs

Put your work experience and what you did there how long was it

Interest put you interest sports, life living….

BAD CV:

Put you school before your college and college before university.
